1. Repairs and exchange procedures
For general customers, please visit the PQI service center listed below for prompt service for your repairing or exchanging product:

2. Repairs
The warranty period of PQI products are described in the website of PQI ( www.pqi.com.tw   )
Within warranty period
As we, PQI are still responsible for the proper functioning of the PQI product within the warranty period. Any non-human faulted product repairs will require no excess fees
Outside the warranty board
Repair services will still be provided for products outside of the warranty period. However, a repair fee (eg. labor, parts) may incur at the customer's expense

3. Warranties are voided when
Damaged during transportation
Accident, human error, improper use or installation and modification of any parts resulting in malfunctioning or damage
Damages caused by natural disasters or a result of electrical problem

4. Warranties validity
The warranty on our products is only valid if there is a warranty sticker or a stamp of the manufacture date on the products
The products warranty is considered expired if one of the above mentioned matter is lost or soiled and unrecognizable
After repair, the warranty will still remain it's validity from its original product manufacture date
Regardless of any   change to the   product's warranty, the warranty duration will always base its   standards on the RMA REQUEST FORM,  which applies for all the returning   products to the RMA Dept. for repairs
5. Other
Customer must get into the habit of storing backups on other types of mediums when using flash base storage devices. PQI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss of data / files.
PQI provide products within warranty period, a data recovery service. Data recovery service does not guarantee data / files will be recovered and PQI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss of data / files.
Any warranty clause should follow the ordinance of the local government
